Marmelade is a jam made of oranges. In German, marmelade means jam. The prefixe mer reminds us of the story of the Little Mermaid which is a Danish fairy tale and it shows the problems of prisoners of conscious.
The mermelade was always there
to remind us of the fjords we miss
and then we can start to see there
all that we thought we had to miss
because someone also cares there
and that is how it is to miss
to save your own life over there
because of course you cannot miss
who you love over this place there
because you have to look for what you miss
and of course you will have to search over there
and think about whatever you had to miss
because in one way or another it is there
the marmelade to be rarely to miss
