Life’s microcosm is partial to no star;
Its glorious sun shines ever warm and bright …
Poem:
Life’s microcosm is partial to no star;
Its glorious sun shines ever warm and bright,
While like the eagles flying skyward, free,
Blithe spirits move and falter not in flight.
The stars of hope, faith and charity
Are those that are but mostly spoken of,
But there are other countless stars to watch –
Living fragments of the force of Love.
When gloom conceals life’s glorious sun,
It may just come up shining once again
To demonstrate its power and its worth,
With faith and hope that it may banish pain.
And if one dreams of things that seem remote,
It is because ones soul sees with an eye
Scanning the vast expanse of time and space
For that sweet vision that it may come by.
Somewhere within the orbit of ones life
There is a goal that some day one may find;
Reality begins but with a dream
Germinating in the searching mind.
The sun rises and surely sets in time,
Claiming once again it place above,
Likewise life retains its sun in time –
The living presence of the force of Love.
