It can be seen that no matter how much we struggle

To put together those pieces of life’s absorbing puzzle

And despite all that hard work one is still able

To somehow end up no matter what in the middle

There is therefore no use sitting around and pine

Complaining that you are in someone shadow all the time

It’s a fact to realize that no matter to what height you attain

There is someone who has lesser and another who has a greater gain

How we often see someone walking around and pride swelling

Boasting with no end to all about the things that are accumulating

They should take a check; one can most certainly be quite sure

That there is someone out there who definitely has much more

So as people who are under starter’s orders at the gate

This can to some be that race to determine the fate

But as you approach the finish nearing that winner’s tape

You can bet someone else somewhere finished at a faster rate

We do achieve by applying discipline hard word and inspiration

Some determination and some others for it to come to fruition

Have fun in the process and never see it as any type of competition

Creating all that stress and more knowing that you will be second

So people keep reaching and achieving those goals and success

Be proud at each achievement; but seeing as competition, this should be address

Enjoy those fruits of you labor as well as take care of your health
