A dwell is a house. In the word dwell there is the word well. A well is a source of water, therefore water has to be well managed thanks sometimes to the dams like the Zambeze falls in the Zambia which borders Angola.
It is not understandable,

respected because of
health reasons.
Therefore, you have to know,

The way it goes,
is through that canal,

that you should respect,
