There is a French say, which is "the hidden face of the iceberg". Literary it means the other side of the iceberg. We all have our good days and our bad days for example when we are fit or when we gain too much weight and we need to program exercises.
A bird sat on top of the balcony fence,
and it was a good sign,
for there were days struggling
to know what is right and what is wrong.
The answer is in the bottle,
they say so that it can come
back with a message of hope.
Then that is all in one,
something that will take time,
but will give more hope,
to those who suffer, because they
want to be a good example
to others and for themselves,
so that tomorrow is even a better day.
