When I see you there
My heart is engulfed
By your presence
An overflowing cup-
Of joy
I know you feel it too

Loves sweet expression
Escapes us both
A few kind words
Once again parting
Once again unfulfilled
Once again lonely

Golden goblet
Fills with rain
Tears of angels cry
They feel the pain
The desire
The love

Goblet overflows
Drops flow onto
Barren parchment
Words begin to flow
Like a river
A moonlit river
Of emotion-
Flowing-
Through space and time
Sweeping us away
Once more
Into the illusion

Once again
I see you there
My cup overflows
