If in pure capitalism great progress is made

It is mainly because of how little the workers are paid

And that extra money saved is used

For progress, while humanity, is left abused

If in true socialism progress is too slow

It is because service to so many slows progress’s cash flow

But when in search of the most perfect system-what can this mean?

But that the truth lies somewhere in between

Rather than this or the other extreme
