A school poem about a pilot…

As the plane starts to soar

off to the mountains, we will explore!

and with flight-sickness galore!

the pilot’s flight wont be a bore

“How fast are we going?!” I did implore

Either he didn’t hear me or he did ignore

as I watched him jump out the door

“What are you doing?!” I did outpour

“Im leaving this world forevermore!”-

The response he did uproar

“at least there’s autopilot” I forswore

but alas i crash-landed on the shore

where I faintly heard a snore

And there a sight so heartsore

was the pilot sleeping on the beach floor

from the start without a pilots licensee; his tenure

He is now just a simple eyesore

However I walked and walked some more

until nearing the airport I heard the roar

of the engines- I wanted to hear more

As I got in another plane- the pilot a stentor

he said “Haven’t seen you before?”

I hesitated no more

as I jumped and away from the plane I tore.

And went on forevermore
