The president lies when he says the private sector is doing fine! If it is then why are there so many homeless, including veterans? And why are very few illegals homeless? I sit and I ponder a lot!
THE PRIVATE SECTOR
He stands there shivering in the rain,
No longer impervious to the pain,
Lost his job as cutbacks were made,
Then on his house they did the foreclosing fade,
Couldn’t support his kids and wife,
They went with the divorce to a new life,
He got new digs, and a new life too,
As he hit the skids with more than a few,
Somebody told him that the private sector was good,
All he cared about was getting some food,
He now sleeps under the starry sky,
Not like camping, especially with flies,
His is not the all-American dream,
But politician’s work it into a scheme,
He’ll lie down tonight, and fall asleep exhausted,
Never realizing how Washington accosted,
Giving him the shaft and digging it deep,
While using him for political heap.
