Hierarchy is depends on titles, positions, level of education for example. You know that it is important to respect hierarchy, because that is where you get your orders. There is also solitude among hierarchy and which is acceptable.
You know where you come from
and you know, where you are heading,
because we know where you come from
and how you will be then heading.
It is not good to doubt
all of the time especially,
when it is not for a cause for the doubt
can put you aside especially.
There you go,
you know who you are,
and where you go,
and how you then are.
It is not good to confuse,
because that is a waste of time,
because, when you confuse,
