A refugee is a persecuted person. There are asylum countries. The settlement of a refugee in another countries depends on the host country and there is also the Geneva Convention which is a working document for the United Nations agency for Refugees (UNHCR) based in Geneva, Switzerland.
It is had to feel at home
just as the refugee feels
and when you are at home
you and rest and this fills
your day like you like your home
some will know how it fills
others are still longing for home
and that is all how it is
