A woman looks in the mirror and sees herself as she is now and remembers how she used to appear.

In this very same mirror I used to see
Wavy brown tresses, smooth rosy cheeks
A willowy figure, trim and neat
Three inch heels on dancing feet
That woman would not recognize me

Plump round figure, silvery hair
Smile crinkled eyes, homey air
I laugh and comb my glossy hair
Put on a pretty satin blouse
Thumbs up to this woman I am now

An interesting point of view and one we should all take as we grow older. We should be proud of who we are now. Lord knows it was hard enough to get here.

I know the feeling so well, Ruby. I often wonder who that is in the mirror.
