My darn scary first time through an automated car wash machine,I was petrified,I thought the windows would break and I thought my car was moving off.
That cold staring eye’s a hypnotic green,
Beckoning, luring, compelling me on
I just want to be gone…
I can’t turn back to where I have been,
I’m trapped from the rear, I’m trembling with fear.
And now that eye’s glaring red and hot!
I’m stopping right here… right on this spot.
And it’s hovering above,
Hissing and roaring, venting its wrath…
It swings back and forth,
Jetting out fast… with a watery blast
Now it’s frothing out foam
I’m so alone, I wish I was home!
Thrashing again with its watery blast
Pounding the windows…It’s trying to get in
If they break…I’m so scared…
I fear for my skin!
Now there’s some
Raging above with it’s searing hot breath,
Will I be burnt to my death?
Wait…what’s this I’ve seen, that red eye’s turned green
It’s stopped still… it’s quiet…
I’ve got to escape… before it’s too late!
And so I shoot forth… what horror it’s been…
But for what it’s worth… My car’s sparkling clean!
