This is about the garrulous sparrow nondescript but a crucial part of daily living…

In the lagourous days of heated summer months

And the fragant morning coming abloom

With crystalline scarlet shades at dawn in spring

The drab brown sparrow twitters in the gardens

Perching on the window sill to share gossip with one and all

Its unending, unintelligible chatter that it shares

With the patient trree leaves and the whispering breeze

With laughing flowers and any passers by

Oblivious to all in its bubble of garrulous enthusiasm

And endless energy in its tiny body

It hops and skips in boundless joy

Feeding on insects to kkep them in check

Birds of true love ,Symbolic of Aphrodite

With mischeif in beady eyes and veins of vitality

Maundering the fields to spoil the crop

They live close to  human mortals

Birds that carry dead souls on their fragile wings

They bring evil omen if killed

Creating a cacophony at dawn and dusk

With endless chatter to share with alacrity

They can grate on nerves for breach of solitude

Bringing the boon of eternal folige to the pine

When gone to warmer lands in winter frost

The silence it leaves behind

Reminds of the cheerful chirper always…

Your work just comes alive, I can imagine myself sitting there actually watching this all happen.
