A poem about the love of Jesus which is the spirit of Christmas.

The Spirit Of Christmas

In this season of his birth on that Holy night

The light of Jesus is shining so bright

I feel his love everywhere

His peaceful message spreading holiday cheer

Let his message be in our hearts, let his love shine

may his gentle spirit fill your heart and mine

The spirit of Christmas in each of us grows strong

Inspiring within us a beautiful and glorious song

A magical feeling is spreading through the air

That feeling is Jesus, for he is everywhere

His love is spreading joy and peace

shining in the eyes of everyone we meet

Kindess and generousity abound

The angels are singing, their voices resound

I pray that we may keep this feeling and hold it always near

Let us carry his love with us throughout the year

Very beautiful poem. I thank God for sending Jesus to be born and experience life as a man, to die and pay my sin debt in full, be resurrected and and ascend to heaven, where he now sits at the right hand of the Father praying for us! Christmas is such a wonderful time. Blessings to all!
