Give us courage

And protect us

But they protect us

Defend us from adversity

Walk and talk to us

All we have to do

Is to listen

Open our minds

And hearts to their promptings

And you’ll witness

Great transformations

In your lives

For these spirits are

Not meant to work

Against our free will

But to help us

Traverse

The difficulties of life

By bringing comfort

You may not know it

But they give

Peace of mind
