A poem of wonder and God’s creation.
The Stars Testify
I paused as I stepped outside this morning,
To look up to the sky,
And see the stars scattered there,
Then I took a moment to consider,
The wonder of a blade of grass,
Between them both I stood a moment,
And wondered,
How can anyone deny,
That somewhere, somehow,
There must be a God,
Who created it all,
For the beauty and wonder,
To His worship,
For surely such could not come from chaos,
After all without God,
How would the chaos ever stop being chaos?
So though I’ve never seen God,
I do know that I’ve not even seen everything that is on the earth,
Therefore I cannot deny God!
