The crime scene a three story shit house.

Of course he fought,

but he was caught,

the disturbed young man

was a rat, a mouse,

the crime scene

was a three story shit house,

the victim, a mother of two,

raped then strangled,

after that, she was carved,

and the knife ran right through,

it was the stuff nightmares came from,

and the terror ran deep

it stayed on the detective’s mind,

and it would ruin sleep,

images of the dead,

playing in his head,

like a musical tune,

until you want no more,

but he couldn’t help it,

and in that, he was sure,

he would live it over and over,

the body, the blood stains on the floor,

the dried spatters on the door,

death lingered in the air,

while the children

were locked in the closet,

riddled with fear

You captured the scene very well. rape, then strangled, carved and knife right through. I have this frightening image on my mind now.

I have noticed the conflict in your writings of good versus evil and how each interact. While the themes of your work seem dark, I am certain the good guy will prevail.

Ooooooo you have done scared the piss out of me, the images that you so CLEARLY described are frightening. You have an absolute talent for transporting your readers to a place familiar and unfamiliar to them through your words. Other than just being tall dark and handsome you definitely have a dark side. And since you love baseball, if you were to jump out in the middle of the night to say BOO, while trying to be funny then I suggest you duck because I’ll be swinging a Louie Ville Slugger!
With much respect Frank I am your fan and friend keep up the good work pal. :) )
