Now it’s already Tuesday
As yesterday was a busy day
Sunday ended good
And Monday was OK.

Yesterday actually was pretty good
As it remained cloudy yet the sun shined through
Last night the sky cleared and though it got really cold
I expect today should be good one too.

As we did have some more rain come in yesterday
Although not much to speak of
It’s still pretty cloudy this morning
Though the clouds are light with sun above.

I’m not sure what the forecast is
Yet there seems a light wind in the trees
The temp’s down to about 40 I think
Making it a quite cool breeze.

Though not exactly sure what this day will hold
I know there’s much I really NEED to do
If my goal of going home to NY this month
Is ever to come true.

But right now I’m taking 10 minutes or so
To watch my sweet little kittens play
And as they’re playing on my desk chair
I’ve gotten another chair instead of shooing them away.

And what a good thing to have received
As these new brothers are sweet and play so well
All of the other cats play with them too
Though right now they’re all resting for a spell.

But these two just keep on playing
Content on my chair, right next to me
So I take that as a good sign
Of the kind of day this ought to be.

I got my camera out five minutes ago
As they slept there side by side
But now they play like little rascals
As I just sit and watch with so much pride.

Bigger brothers are now up too
So the kittens attentions are averted
To go and romp and play with them
As again to kittens they’ve been converted.

Good, so now I’ll get some work done
But I feel good so the day’s not bad
I’m so very happy to be alive
And that I have these new kittens makes me ever so glad.

But there’s still something that I must tell you
Something myself I still can’t believe
I woke up to a ground covered white this morning
So now I’m wondering will winter ever leave.

As I’m writing flakes are still falling
Although most of the white has melted away
It’s not pretty to see it this time of year
As in a few weeks it’ll already be May.

But other than that things seem to be good
The cats and the kittens are bonding real well
Oh my God! the sun just came out bright
Although it appears it’s only for a spell.

As it’s very, very cloudy
So I’m not sure where the sun’s come from
Yet I choose to believe it came just for me
To bring me closer to Our God’s Son.
