A satirical look at relationships.

Kayla taught me

everything that was right with me

and that I was going to be alright.

Kristin taught me

everything that was wrong with me

and that it was all my fault.

Margo taught me

everything that was wrong with women

and that I shouldn’t listen to them.

Alessandra taught me

everything was falling apart

and that therapy was the best option.

Molly taught me

everything was really just one big joke

and not to take it so seriously.

Margo taught me

everything doesn’t go away all at once

and those old pictures still mean something.

I’ve been taught so much

by so many women

so many complimentary and contradictory concepts

that I don’t even know what to do with myself.

And I think that was their plan all along.

Confusion is the quickest way to tame the beast.

    Thanks a lot, Steve.

I sure do wish this website wouldn’t mess with my line breaks, haha.

But I really appreciate your reading and response.
