The many things in nature that goes on know matter what we are doing. Paying attention or not.

The swoosh of the wind,

The heat of the sun,

The shadow of a tree,

The reflection of the moon,

The things that happen know

matter what.

A seed of a flower sprouting,

Blades of grass, fragrant after mowing,

Chirping of a bird singing to his mate,

The flapping of a butterflies wings,

The things that happen know

matter what.

A mountain lion leaping into the air,

Water falling from high off a cliff,

Two kittens wrestling around,

A snake slithering along the ground,

The things that happen know

matter what.

The stars sparkling in the sky,

The silence in the middle of no where,

The bubbling of a flowing stream,

The faint crunch of a squiral eating,

The things that happen know

matter what.

The eruption of a volcano,

A snow covered mountain,

The cracking of twigs under footsteps,

The billowy white clouds floating in the sky,

The things that happen know

matter what.

A bee fluttering above a flower,

Wolves howling in the distance,

Ocean waves crashing onto the shore,

The brightness of lightning in a storm,

The things that happen know

matter what.

The writing came alive. A photo album somehow passed by. The images colored the page. The language carried the poem.
