The Convention of Vienna regulates the norms in protocole and was signed in Versailles and drafted in Vienna. The protocole gives immunity to diplomates and the right to intervene for humanitarian reasons. There are many embassies in the world, the richer the country is the more diplomatic representations there are either way.
I am very surprise on how women behave
or misbehave and this because of the twist
of ethics saying that women are not to behave
with foreigners because they can twist
the way the things are set in a country to behave
according to a norm which is not best
in terms of democracy but we can behave
and always respond to the call at our best
