We do not get a lot of Tornado’s in this part of Tennessee but we sure do see the devistation that they cause everyone else.
The raging wind, the swirling air
Where it lands is never fair
It does not hate, it does not love
It is a weapon sent from above
Without flare it rips through your life
Causing pain and strife
But to look at it and watch it go
You can’t help but feel awed at the show
In the end when it’s all done
When the wind fades and the chaos is spun
When nothing is left and you walk away
Feel grateful that it spared your life this day
Tornado Tornado how majestic you are
But I really don’t wish to see you tomorrow.
