The turn of a card,

the power it brings.

A new point in life

you’ll cry or sing

Amazed every time

truth is confirmed

The thoughts I say

minds concerned

How? I don’t know,

I just know to be true

Wanting it in life,

now I’m over due

Gifted? Or a curse?

Never turned it away

Its comfort to many

giving light every day

The turn of a card

cuts like a knife

Never gives insight

into my very own life!
