Sane men are definitely encountered by a seemingly peaceful alien species.

Driving their minimalist foreign vessels
Most persons have seen them act in space as a pixel acts plastered to your flat panel screen.
Moving this way and that as quick as an insect
Bouncing back and forth at their dim leisure

They sometimes display complete light patterns or even imprint esthetically pleasing symbols on your front lawn.
Many onlookers recounted it as a brief flash of light and a fast moving saucer that perpetrated the deed.

Can we at least challenge these aliens to a parley in one shape or form?
Can we encourage them to communicate on a higher level within a focused group?
Other then a simple, lighted, theatrical folly?

Are we so afraid as to do nothing at all but be raped from space?!
