As though from meeting to consumption; love, from before first touch.

THE WEDDING SONG

let not our eyes meet
let the light go blind
.
no word yet spoken
time does not yet tick!
articulate lengths$
.
mere touch of finger(s)
rife the world grows wild
with merging currents
singularly, goose
.
love’s sweet kiss of life
quadruped, untouching
goose pimples, spreading
two world now lying
and millions, crying
.
then wed! all slaver!
grow breath! together!
let blood! write poetry!
rule that broken! clocks!
become times tombstone!
o! burst! sweet! atoms!
.
