Thanksgiving is a feast which is a social gathering, occasion to share food and to talk with new friends.  Thanksgiving day is organized by citizens who what to invite newcomers to let them know that they are going to have a new life.  Therefore, Thanksgiving is celebrated the Monday of the month of October.  This celebration takes place in North America, more precisely in Canada and the United States of America.  Thanksgiving should be a moment chosen by tourists who come to Canada for a visit to eat the traditional turkey and to decide if they want to stay in Canada, or North America or both.
