As we find each other in the night.

the wilderness surrounds us

as we find each other in the night

the trickles of the river

helps mark the time slipping

as the hours pass us by

the fire now just glows

it shimmers, it dances, so pleasureable slow

as we hold on to each other

to keep the coldness out at bay

there are no words exchanged

for there is nothing left to say

but the silence that embraces us

brings us comfort  with the air

for the dreamers of the night

are falling asleep as we dream

the dreams we write
