The Willow Tree   

Fierce is the wind against the willow tree and though it may appear delicate, there is strength in it’s weeping branches and it will survive the strongest of storms. 

In our hearts there is also strength. The heart, though it may weep, it too survives the fierce battering of the strongest of storms. It emerges from the storm stronger, more resilient and still it contains within it a light of hope, a promise of love, and a sanctuary of peace and of harmony. Still it holds a dream, a vision to follow.

God help me find comfort from the knowledge of the strength within my heart . Knowing that I will always get through any storm that crosses my path. Knowing that there is nothing that I cannot overcome as long as I remember to hold you within my heart. Knowing that I will emerge from the trials and the struggles of my journey stronger and that the lessons I have learned are valuable.
