There once was a woman from Bee

Who fell in love with a tree

Oh can’t you see

the impossibility

You think this is a joke

but she thought that the oak

was actually a bloke

who offered to buy her a Coke

This woman thought the tree was kind

but she was losing her mind

She dreamed of marriage and a diamond ring

but settled for the tree as the next best thing

This is actually about my aunt

who fell in love with a plant

I don’t really know what to say

It would be easier to understand if she was gay

I guess I can only pray!
