The Words Have Rolled Away

I don’t know all the words to the song
Anytime I her it I have dreams all night of you
The dreams may be great, but I wake up feeling blue

Then I try my best to sing that song
Sadly I have never really learned all the words
Maybe because I know I’ll never for you sing those words

So long ago you left me all alone
I cried for you more miles than I can say
Those trucking days are all gone, but memories have never rolled away
