Encouragement and uplifting from unseen friends.

Sometimes in our lives
We see or hear things that touch our heart
In such incredible ways
Our spirit is moved
To such a depth of emotion
That we find that tears of joy we cry.

I would that I were able
To pen what brings this about
I can only pray that I can, and will try

I awoke this morning from my bed
To find this beautiful picture
With a note that simply read
“There is hope”

This came from the other side of my world
Words that were sent
From the soul of a beautiful girl
From one whom I’ve never met
But with whom I share daily words
Of encouragement

If you were to tell me
That one cannot touch the heart
Of someone you have never met
I would have to shake my head in argument

As I know firsthand as I smile
Through these tears of joy
An unseen friend made my day
And crossed thousands of miles

well-written – I totally agree that people we have not actually met ‘in flesh’ can profoundly affect us…

Absolutely! I have many online friends that mean a lot to me even though I will never meet them face-to-face.

Such a beautiful touching piece! I believe words can can touch any soul, no matter how far away, or whether you have met the person or not.

Yes, the connections we make across space and time, just prove how close we humans are to each other……we send a bit of ourselves out there for the world to see…….and meet like minded people along the way…….life is a beautiful thing, and There Is Hope….. :)

I believe there is hope, and for sure one can be touched deeply by others unknown.
