Nothing ever changes in a world of its own. Keep reading this (which could be a song text for a rap or something like that?) at your own risk and be warned of some bad language. Not much though.

There’s no revolution in an institution,

where they kept your bugs

and where you just got thugs.

They really don’t give a damn

if you sink or swim.

They got themselves to care,

everything else is spare.

There’s no revolution in this institution,

where the money’s stuck.

You’ve run out of luck!

Empty minded brains

will never stop the trains

when they go at speed

or overcome their greed.

There’s no revolution in this institution,

regardless o’ what you say

and how often you pray.

Will they repeat the prank

and make another bad bank?

Or will they disappear

and leave us in arrears?

There’s no revolution, there’s no resolution,

never will be change in the institution,

unless you make a contribution,

unless you change your way

how you shop and pay,

the way you live and do.

All it needs is you!

There’s no revolution…

See what you mean about rap – it does seem to have to be read fast.

It does have a nice flow. You are right, in order to see changes, one must change.

Very true! For a change to happen one needs to change themselves first.
