There are ideologies which favor children and others that do not. The free world is in favor for children. The contradiction in other ideologies is that they oppose children from rich families and children from poor families. In fact, all the children should have equal opportunities and that is in the Charter of human rights of many countries which belong to the United Nations Organisation.
