that has just become in bloom.

I have been waiting all of my life

for a treasure as you.

I don’t know what I would do

if all of a sudden you were gone from me.

from a broken spirit

and shy away from reality,

not able to live or be.

If I could not feel your presence

in sharing the very same air,

I would suffocate

from the lack of oxygen

that had been sucked from me.

pit of nothingness.

You are what gives me life.

Loving you frees me from strife.

I have peace for the first time

and things are sublime.
