I miss my brother
Very much
We used to be close
And stay in touch.

I think of him often
Every single day
For memories of him
Bring laughter my way.

And I actually do chuckle
When things remind me of him
I have millions of wonderful memories
Like new ones we’ll make again.

He always seems such a happy person
To strangers he’s exceptionally great
He’s actually a wonderful brother
Who will always show although may be late.

He’s the youngest of my five siblings
A greater brother could never be found
For he’s so loving yet comical and funny
That there’s always laughter when he’s around.

Back a couple of years ago
We were so very close
I would see him regularly
For when he loves it shows.

I realize he also struggles
Like in the lives we all live
But I know that just like me
He only wants to have more to give.

He is very handsome
Both inside and out
He’s caring and very respectable
Someone to be proud of without any doubt.

He’s very smart and athletic
He loves going to the gym
He really should be a Pro Bowler
I could easily write a book about him.

As he can sell or do anything
And he’s always helping someone out somehow
He has a beautiful woman to share his life
Though they’re not married they have a special vow.

He also loves his animals
As I do
He has I think three cats now
And a little dog too.

And they are spoiled
Just as mine are
With no children in the picture
At least not so far???

He was very close to our father
Who’s been gone almost 10 years now
But he’s carried on with his jokes, wit and stories
Sort of as a way of to honor his memory somehow.

As my brother’s quite the jokester
He can tell a story like no one I know
He’s always the life of the party
Wherever he may be or go.

So I miss our visits very much
As well as emails and calls on the phone
I know it’s because I’m so far away
And other reasons not completely known.

But that’s all right for I love him so much
~That will Never stop
And I know things will work out soon
Once I can show I’ve reached the top.

For there are actually a couple of stories
That go along with this tale
As basically everyone’s confidence
Says I am going to fail.

But I’m not really worried
For I know who I am
It’s may be taking longer than I thought
But I do have a plan.

So pretty soon when my path has cleared
I’ll be on my way at last
As I look forward to making more memories
Of my brother like in times past.
