Poetry.

Tiger eyes stare back at me
Tell me what it is you see.
A tortured soul locked in brown eyes?
The tools of my own demise?
Does a crown of thorns replace my cap?
A demon hover while I nap?
You share my thoughts,
Yet do not speak.
What skeletons in my mind do creep.
Oh blazing eyes that pierce my soul
Tell them all my truth be told.
Send my message in the wind
Around the world and back again.
Let all otheres fill out their form
Because I shall no more conform.
Tigers tears help mend my heart
And heal that which was torn apart.
May your gaze let others know
That what once was is no longer so.
