A poem about life in the image of a balance, whose left side is bad and right side is good. Human moments in life, small and big, is a tilt of the balance either more to the left (bad), more to the right (good), or in the middle.

Wherefore the passage of time, wherein

Each person, regardless of gender or race,

On Earth are subject to the Balance,

Since birth, swinging either to the left,

More bad or pure bad moment,

The right, more good or pure good moment,

or equal level, equally bad and good moment.

The Balance, ever active and dynamic,

For small trivial and large grand human moments,

Until each person dies, so random, so calculating,

Ignorant of the person’s inner fears or hopes,

Or even free-will choices. the Balance

Only obedient to the consequences of

Each person’s choices, blind to notions,

Opinions, only favors the objective:

Right, left or the middle.

The Balance, the yin and yang continuous,

Enjoy life each Person on earth,

Lean towards more of the right of The Balance

The best you can, your only purpose

For living on the Earth!

So true. I’m hoping to stay tilted to the right.

Excellent! I’m generally on the right of the balance, but a little left occasionally….nobodys perfect!
