Here are some suggestions and tips that may be useful for you if you are having a bad time on your love life.

1. One of the hardest to do but effective is to break the communication that connects you to him/her. I know that this is a torture, but just starting it. You’ll also see its benefits in the long run. What are the things connects you with your ex boyfriend/girlfriend? Is he/she your friend on facebook, it’s better to erase him/her on your friend’s list. Do you still have his/her cellphone number and messages stored in your inbox? You must delete it. Change sim cards if necessary. Any things that link you to him/her, if you really want to be able to quickly move on quite early on just cut it out.


2. Do not insist on the things that cannot be happen anymore. You must stop the illusion that even once a week you can be still together or stroll on mall or to have a date in your favorite restaurant. Just think, there is a reason why you two ended up, and has serious reasons why it happened. If you really want him/her to forget,  think over those worse things happened between you and him/her in the past than those sweet memories with him/her.


3. It’s not really easy to do it alone, so you must start to mingle with your friends, bonding with your family and start again find new people. Maybe, one of these new acquaintances will be your new love. You can never tell. But otherwise try to avoid friends or acquaintances that connects you with your former boyfriend/girlfriend. As they may tempt you again to recall the ex bf / gf, they may not help you and you shouldn’t accept it.


4. Start to enjoy, a vacation, look for preoccupations. Although in house there’s lot of things to do, cleaning, cooking and help your family business if any. Keep yourself busy at the same time enjoy your newlife.


5. And since you want to forget. Try to change your looks. Try to re-invent yourself. Not only artists have that as well as broken-hearted. In men, you can try to be skin-headed or even a long-haired, depending on what matters to you. You can also try to change the style of your dress. Previously are you an emo? Why don’t you try the plain and smart look. In women, you can cut your hair that suits you, to work out, diet and some kind that may enhance your physical looks. Your new look represents your new life. Begins new life new love.

That said …

It’s not that easy to forget the past especially if it brought you joy, happiness, sweetness and inspiration. The important thing I have searched for ways to forget and try to face the new life in a positive way without him.
