I trust that as I feel better physically

I’ll fill better emotionally

There are empty spaces in me to feel & refill

I’m feeling feelings of longing I haven’t

Felt in a long time

I need to fill a void and avoid feeling as if

I’m filling up the wrong cup at the wrong time

I want to feel and be fulfilled

By that filling in the middle

A feeling that may hurt a little

But it heals

When it fills what it feels & fills
