Just a simple poem I wrote.
Mom, I’m thankful to have a mother like you, I am so thankful, thankful for you, You may show me tough love, only because you care, If i look forward and see no one, I turn around and you’re there,
You’re there through the good times, You’re there through the bad, You’re there through the sad, I know you’ll always be there for many times more, Of the trials and tribulations my life may bare,
I love you now, I loved you then, I’ll love you forever through thick and thin, no ones love can replace that of a mother, no bond shared can be like a mother and daughter,
I know I say I’m grown, but I couldn’t have made it on my own, So thank you for guiding me on the straight and narrow, showing me that that’s the path to follow
If you haven’t gotten anything out of this poem, It’s to tell you I love you and thank you for all you’ve done, that’s why to me, You’re the greatest mom!
