To My Daughter

My baby daighter inspired me to write this poem. There is no greater love than the love a parent has for their child.

little fingers

tiny toes

sparkling eyes

i got your nose

soft little coo’s

she’s brand new

cuddle her close

proudly boast

sing her a song

hold her all day long

now a baby

later a lady

watch her learn and grow on what i taught her

I love her she is my daughter.
