To My Heroes

To my mom and dad,

my biggest fans and devoted supporters,

who never miss the big game

and who always pick me up

no matter how down I get

or no matter how busy they may be,

I give my eternal thanks.

To my grandma Sally,

my adopted grandmother,

who always finds time for me

to take me to a movie and lunch

or go out for an adventure,

I thank you for the laughs we share.

To Monique Bradley,

my friend and fan,

who has persevered in hard times

and been a role-model and protector

for all those involved in youth sports

and who has made time to support me,

Know that Darius says thank you with me for all you do.

To my coaches, Frank Allocco and Frank Allocco Jr.,

my inspiration and motivation,

who have taught me hard work

and what it takes to be champion

and who have never stopped coaching me

even when I stopped playing for them,

I will never forget the lessons you taught me.
