A poem to the one I love.

To my husband Ken my knight in shining white hair.

You’ve been with me for eighteen months you should know by now that I’m a funny fussy gal.

I may be over protective and swaddle you in cotton wool

But I love you and that’s why I do the things I do,

I can’t help asking how you feel and worrying when your pale

I don’t like seeing you in pain or knowing that you’re ill.

You’re my whole world to me and if you were gone I’d carry on a cold and empty shell; you took me from a world of nothing and into a world of light, so let me repay you by making sure your temperatures not too high.

I love you xxx
