A short about the importance of “writing” when one is a “writer”.

To Write
One Must, write.
Pen and Pad
Pencils or Keyboard
One Must Find
The Time
Traffic stuck
4:20 A.M.
Lunch
At A Window
Bathing
The urge
Crayola
Garbage Bag
(paper or plastic)
Meeting Notes
Notes to Friends
Note to self
To Write
Is To Write
Now, then,
All the time
Made Available
Stolen from Life
Write it down
Jot it down
Make a Note
Of it
Colored
Black or Blue
Ink or Lead
Writers Must Write
Night, Day
In-between
Times Filled
Pages Filled
Mind Filled
Emptying Onto
Pages and Screens
Carpel Tunnel
Cramped Fingers
Permanently Shaped
To Hold The Instrument
To Write…
…to write.

I am terrible with notes. If i jot something down without a reference point i am baffled when i look at it later.
