My tolerance levels are something I cannot justify

I do not know if they are relatively low or moderately high

I just go on my sense of justice that lurks inside

Something I cannot decipher or even decide

You made me think of this when I thought of two friends

people I was close to but which came to an end

now I find myself getting to know you again

and it makes me wonder what made me forgive the worst of the two
