Another poem.
A tornado of roses
Cutting the sky
With its thorns.
Passion swirling
On red petals and
Drops of blood.
Quickly pricked and stunned
In a whirlwind of love.
Trapped in a room
With a teasing sky cieling.
Pulled down to the floor,
Again and again.
Letting the roses
Cover me once more.
Soft buds entice me
Touch and hold me.
Until the vines take me
Choke and cut me
And I want
Nothing more
Than the calm center
To the storm, so
I could swim out of this room
And be a flying creature
Seeking heaven up high
From the earth’s weather.
Free from mother nature
And her rose.
Tacing stars
With my wings.
Far away from
All other things…
Spending my days
Dancing from cloud to cloud,
Sliding down rainbows
And retreating to the night
Circling the planets
