Take in as much as you can, you never know when you’re going to need it, or never see it again.

Each moment passed is now a memory,
Safe and secure under lock and key,
Never again shall it be seen,
Not the time in between,
Its picture now is but a foggy dream,
Left us blind in uncertainty,
An aftermath of mystery.
The certain cause is so distant,
Forgetting what w have just learnt,
Memory lost, forever burnt,
The liar, the their, the unjust coward,
Just gone, never to return,
Working the mind to recall the turn,
This now lays behind, gone, distant.
Perhaps the future will hold a clue,
Or the past maybe, a few,
Unsure of what you thought you knew,
To realise the cost to you,
Not to recall the moment ago,
When you say before you, the truth,
Believing yourself with much astute.
Take in as much as you can, you never know when you’re going to need it, or never see it again.
