As you know, it’s still Lunar New Year (Tiger Year) now. I have been receiving a lot of phone greetings from friends regarding "tiger", sounds as if we can interact easily with the tigers, so I suddenly have the inspiration to write something here….

This Lunar Year is “Tiger”

It should be an auspicious year

I shall step into the jungle

To look for this mighty animal

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, bravely I enter

The tiger waves, “Hello, my dear!”

I wave back and slowly walk near

Touch the tiger’s head, I shall be blessed with a successful year

Touch the tiger’s eyes, I won’t have anymore tear

Touch the tiger’s mouth, I won’t suffer from hunger

Touch the tiger’s teeth, I will have a lot of gold and silver

Touch the tiger’s claws, I shall have a lot of power

Touch the tiger’s legs, I shall have a lot of support from people

Touch the tiger’s front, I shall be healthier

Touch the tiger’s back, I shall get younger

If I ever get to hug the tiger

I shall be happy forever

I think these are funny ideas

To be eaten by the tiger should be the real picture

Oops, Lunar New Year, I should say something auspicious

Okay, let’s be serious

Happy Tiger Year!

Whether you celebrate, or never

A greeting from your good friend here

Star, I love your idea. I hugged a tiger to take a photo. The tiger was chained and if my memory didn’t fail me, the teeth were taken off. Happy forever, I hope so and you too.

I love tigers! lol. The year of the rabbit/hare is ending. 2012 will be the year of the dragon. Did you ever hug a dragon? They might try to eat you too, at least dragons in western myths.
