Come and lay with me on the borderline

where instability roams the corridors

like an inner raveling minotaur

following the trails unleashed

picking up all disabled fragments

of a completely disturbed mind

with each night drifting by

bleeding like open wounds

raining down from the demon sky

of endless unwilling clouds

locked together breaking my mould

mourning the integrated star

that is lost under the waves of slumber

drowning out in the desolate, hidden space

tears beating, breathing fear

strike my temper through the storm

release my relentless irregularity

stop me chasing my own footprints

around this dusty lair

the spiders clinging to the wavering

tight ropes on the ceiling

avoiding the ravenous thunder bolts

screaming through the trap door

the one that services

my conflicting emotions

the creaking pieces of my soul
